Peter Formanek is the Managing Partner at Young America Capital, a position he has held since April 2000. Based in the United States, Peter brings extensive experience in investment banking and financial services. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for buy-side deal-flow origination at Southern Cross Group Latin America from January 1999 to January 2013. Earlier in his career, Peter served as a Financial Analyst & Database Administrator at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette from 1985 to 1986, and as a Financial Analyst in SLK Execution & Clearing at Goldman Sachs from 1983 to 1985.
