Peter Nichols is the Managing Director at The Benchmark Company, LLC., based in the United States. He assumed this role in January 2024. Prior to this, Peter founded S4GE Advisors LLC, where he served from June 2023 to January 2024.

Peter has extensive experience in the financial sector, having held key positions such as CEO & Head of US Equities at Berenberg Capital Markets from November 2021 to May 2023, and Head of Sales at the same firm from July 2014 to October 2021.

Earlier in his career, he was an Associate Director at Berenberg from June 2010 to July 2014 and an Investment Manager at Investec Wealth & Investment UK from May 2008 to June 2010. Peter began his career as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan from July 2005 to March 2008 and served as a 2nd Lieutenant in HM Forces from November 2001 to August 2002.
