Randy Moe is the Managing Director at Meridian Capital, a leading investment bank based in the United States. He has held this position since October 2022.

In addition to his role at Meridian Capital, Randy serves as the Board Member and Treasurer for the Cascade Chapter of AUVSI, a position he has held since January 2017.

Randy is also a Partner at Discus Ventures, a role he has been in since January 2004.

Prior to joining Meridian Capital, Randy was the President of Orca Capital Inc. from May 2019 to October 2022 and served as Managing Director at Orca Capital Securities, LLC from January 2014 to May 2019.
