Rick Conklin is the Managing Director at First Analysis, a position he has held since April 2012. Based in the United States, Rick brings extensive experience in investment banking and management.

In addition to his role at First Analysis, Rick serves on the Board of Directors for myCOI, a position he has held since May 2018.

Prior to joining First Analysis, Rick was the Managing Director - Investment Banking at Robert W. Baird & Co. from August 2008 to April 2012. He also held the role of Managing Director - Head of Investment Management at Prologis from April 2007 to August 2008.

Earlier in his career, Rick was a Partner at William Blair from March 2000 to March 2007 and served as Senior Vice President at JLL from January 1995 to March 2000.

Rick is also an investor with IrishAngels since August 2013.
