He has been with Potomac Transactions since September 2008, where he specializes in mergers and acquisitions within the healthcare sector.
Prior to this, Sebastien served as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Deloitte in Paris from January 2007 to January 2008.
He also held the position of Director of Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, working across Paris, Washington DC, and Montreal from January 2000 to January 2007.
