Simon Lyons is a Partner at Ardea Partners, an investment banking advisory firm based in the United Kingdom. He joined Ardea Partners in May 2024.

Simon also serves as a Member of the Finance Committee for The Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales, a role he has held since September 2023.

Additionally, he is a Trustee and Chair of the Fundraising, Grants & Services Committee at the Royal Free Charity, starting from February 2023.

Prior to his current roles, Simon was a Founding Partner at PJT Partners from July 2015 to May 2024 and served as Managing Director at UBS from January 2007 to July 2015.
