Stephen Rossi is the Senior Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Palm Tree LLC, a position he has held since September 2019. Based in the United States, Stephen brings extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance.

Prior to joining Palm Tree LLC, Stephen was the Founder and Managing Partner at CounterPoint Capital Partners, LLC from June 2010 to September 2019. He also served as Managing Director and VP of Corporate Finance at Platinum Equity, LLC from March 2005 to June 2010.

Earlier in his career, Stephen held significant roles at Bank of America and Deutsche Bank AG London, including Vice President and Senior Underwriter, and Global Corporate Finance Strategy Consultant, respectively.

Stephen's career in finance began at Bank of America as an Assistant Vice President and Account Executive from September 1997 to July 2001.
