Steve McLaughlin is the Founder, CEO, and Managing Partner of Financial Technology Partners (FT Partners), a leading investment bank focused on the financial technology sector. He established FT Partners in 2002 and has since been instrumental in advising on numerous high-profile mergers and acquisitions within the fintech industry.

Prior to founding FT Partners, Steve served as the Head of the Global Financial Technology Group in Investment Banking at Goldman, Sachs & Co. from 1994 to 2002. He began his career at GE Capital, where he was part of the Financial Management Program and Corporate Audit Staff from 1990 to 1993.

Steve is based in Miami Beach, Florida, and continues to lead FT Partners in providing strategic advisory services to fintech companies worldwide.
