Tami Pit is the Managing Director, HR Business Partner at Baird, a leading investment bank in the United States. She has been with Baird since January 2019, initially serving as Director, HR Business Partner before being promoted to her current role in January 2021.

Prior to joining Baird, Tami held several senior HR positions, including SVP, Human Resources Business Partner at Baird from May 2012 to December 2018, and VP, Sr. HR Business Partner - Commercial Banking at M&I, a part of BMO Financial Group, from July 2011 to May 2012.

With a career spanning over two decades, Tami has extensive experience in human resources management, having worked with organizations such as Spectrum Health, Alticor, and U.S. Processing, Inc. She is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
