Umberto Zanuso is the Senior Partner & Head of Structured Finance at Fineurop Soditic S.p.A., based in Milan, Italy.
He has been with Fineurop Soditic since December 2005, initially serving as a Partner before assuming his current role in September 2020.
Prior to joining Fineurop Soditic, Umberto held the position of Head of Structured Finance at Caboto - Banca Intesa Group from 1995 to 2000.
He began his career in the M&A Cross-Border Department at COFILP S.p.A.'s Paris office in 1992.
Umberto's extensive experience in structured finance and mergers and acquisitions has been instrumental in driving the firm's success in these areas.
