Valery Giard is the Managing Partner at Societex Corporate Finance, based in Paris, France. He has held this position since January 2021. Prior to this, Valery was the Founding Partner of Alance Finance, starting in January 2020.

Valery has extensive experience in the finance sector, having served as Managing Partner at Largillière Finance and Co-Founder & CEO at Prexem. His earlier career includes roles as a Proprietary Trader at Societe Generale and Vice President in Mergers & Acquisitions at Citigroup / Salomon Smith Barney.

Valery also contributed to academia as a Lecturer at ESSEC Business School. His professional journey reflects a strong background in M&A, trading, and corporate finance.
