Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC, established in 1997, is a U.S.-based full-service broker-dealer. It offers investment banking, corporate finance, institutional and retail sales, trading, and equity research services to private and corporate clients.
The Investment Banking division provides services covering mergers and acquisitions and business development initiatives. The Equity Capital Markets team handles equity transactions including IPOs, FPOs, PIPEs, and SPACs, with broad access to over 10,000 institutions across the U.S., Europe, Israel, Asia, and South America.
Joseph Gunnar & Co. also has an affiliate, Buttonwood Group Advisors, which manages a range of Private Investment Funds, enabling retail and institutional investors to access investments in high-growth, pre-IPO companies. The firm is a registered broker-dealer and a member of FINRA and SIPC.
