Electric Power Engineers (EPE), a prominent firm specializing in energy and power systems engineering, has secured a strategic growth investment from Boston-based private equity firm Berkshire Partners. This investment aims to bolster EPE's capabilities in the rapidly evolving energy sector.

Lime Rock New Energy, which previously invested in EPE in December 2021, has fully exited its investment, marking a successful partnership.

AEC Advisors served as the exclusive financial advisor to EPE, while Houlihan Lokey provided similar services to Berkshire Partners during this transaction.
