BGF has acquired a minority stake in ER Productions, a specialist in laser production, pyrotechnics, and special effects. Founded in 2007 by Marc Webber and Ryan Hagan, ER Productions is known for its innovative laser and SFX solutions.

The company has collaborated with major events and artists, including Glastonbury, Eurovision, and the London 2012 Olympics, as well as renowned musicians like Dua Lipa, Ed Sheeran, and Metallica. Headquartered in Dartford, ER Productions has expanded internationally, with offices in the US, Spain, Australia, and Saudi Arabia.

Webber and Hagan will retain majority ownership and continue to lead a growing team of nearly 110 employees. The investment will help ER Productions enhance its global presence, particularly in the US, to meet increasing demand for its services. Additionally, the company plans to manufacture proprietary equipment at its Dartford facility.

Ryan Hagan emphasized the company's ambition to be the leading provider of laser and SFX for live events. He believes BGF's expertise in scaling businesses will significantly bolster their commercial capabilities and technological advancements.
