MPC Capital has revealed that Eurazeo is investing in its newly established offshore service vessel platform. This platform, created in collaboration with O.S. Energy, is dedicated to the design, construction, and management of service vessels tailored for offshore wind farms.
Eurazeo's investment comes from the Eurazeo Transition Infrastructure Fund (ETIF), which focuses on sustainable infrastructure initiatives that facilitate the shift to a low-carbon economy. The investment amounts to €70 million, and Watson Farley & Williams provided legal advice to Eurazeo on this transaction.
