Soho Square Capital has announced a growth investment in Live Manage Facilitate Limited (LMF Energy Services), a prominent installer of renewable energy solutions in the UK. Founded in 2016, LMF has successfully completed over 20,000 energy efficiency installations, primarily targeting low-income households to alleviate fuel poverty. The company also installs solar panels for both private and commercial properties and was recently recognized as the National Solar PV Installer of the Year for the second consecutive year.

With the backing of Soho Square, LMF aims to accelerate its expansion plans, focusing on new government initiatives and enhancing its private solar installation services. Soho Square will assist LMF in improving its operational structure and supporting its management team, led by Managing Director Chris Foran. Stephen Edwards from Soho Square will join LMF's board to facilitate this collaboration.

Chris Foran expressed pride in LMF's achievements and emphasized the importance of the partnership with Soho Square. He noted that their flexible investment approach allows LMF to maintain control while benefiting from additional capital and expertise to drive growth.

Joe Tebbutt, a Principal at Soho Square, highlighted LMF's rapid establishment as a leading energy efficiency company in a market with significant growth potential. He pointed out the vast number of homes in the UK with low Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) ratings, which presents an opportunity for LMF to expand its services.

Soho Square's investment team, including Edwards, Tebbutt, Howard Chan, and Mark Bourke, led the deal. The firm was advised by various entities for due diligence, including Grant Thornton and Hogan Lovells, while LMF received guidance from Graph Strategy and EY.
