To enhance shareholder value, Team Internet is actively conducting share buybacks, having recently repurchased a substantial number of shares. The latest acquisition proposals are contingent upon several factors, including due diligence, financing completion, and finalizing transaction documentation. The Board of Team Internet, along with consultants, is currently evaluating the terms of these offers.

Team Internet Group, formerly known as CentralNic, specializes in digital advertising, domain name management, and monetization, with its headquarters in London. TowerBrook Capital Partners, based in London and New York, manages approximately $13.7 billion in private equity assets.
