Triton Partners has sold SEVES Group, the parent company of SEDIVER Group, to Blackstone. SEVES Group, established in 2002, specializes in electrical insulator technologies for high-voltage transmission grids.

The acquisition was made by Blackstone's energy-focused private equity division. This move aligns with Blackstone's strategy to invest in critical infrastructure and energy sectors.

Triton Partners, known for its investments in Northern Europe, had previously acquired SEVES Group to enhance its market position and technological capabilities. The exit to Blackstone marks a significant transaction in the energy and private equity sectors.
