Kirkland & Ellis is providing legal counsel to Hellman & Friedman (H&F) on its investment in Mehiläinen, Finland's largest healthcare and social care provider. This investment is being made in partnership with CVC. Concurrently, Mehiläinen plans to acquire two prominent healthcare providers: Regina Maria in Romania and MediGroup in Serbia.

The completion of these acquisitions and the new ownership structure for Mehiläinen will depend on regulatory approvals and customary investor conditions.

The Kirkland team involved in this transaction includes a diverse group of corporate, debt finance, tax, antitrust, and technology lawyers.
