Kirkland & Ellis is providing legal counsel to Hellman & Friedman (H&F) on its investment in Mehiläinen, Finland's largest healthcare and social care provider. This investment is being made in partnership with CVC. Concurrently, Mehiläinen plans to acquire two prominent healthcare providers: Regina Maria in Romania and MediGroup in Serbia.
The completion of these acquisitions and the new ownership structure for Mehiläinen will depend on regulatory approvals and customary investor conditions.
